Merbond Hooldus OÜ was founded in December 2005. The company has a long experience in the field of cleaning services and it is based on Estonian private capital. The members of the board have been active in the field of cleaning since 1990 when Servi, an Estonian-Finnish cleaning company was founded. The current chairwoman of Merbond Hooldus OÜ, Ülle Viisalu, was the founding member, service director and and chairwoman of AS Serviks during 1992-2000.
